We want to ensure all of your expectations are met with our products. We have fully tested and inspected each product before sending them out. This includes using tests of all of our products before posting them to our site. For custom made products there will be a proof prior to product development. Please ensure these proofs meet your expectations and let us know if you'd like to see something different. There are limits to what we can customize but we will do our best to meet your expectations. As with any hand made items, there may be minor imperfections or blemishes. We strive to keep these at a minimum and will ensure they would be something we would use prior to sending them to you.

Wholesale Inquiries
If you are requiring a large order or amount of any one item, this may delay the time it takes to process the order. We will contact you directly if we have concerns regarding order fulfillment, delayed responses to these attempts to contact may result in delays in receiving the items.
