Reservation & Deposit Policy

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a signed service agreement has been completed.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled event. Events booked within 14 days of the event date require payment in full at the time of booking.

If Lavender & Honeycomb Mobile Farm Experiences must cancel due to severe weather, animal welfare concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, you may choose to:

  • Transfer your payment to a new available date, or

  • Receive a full refund of any payments made, including your deposit.

Client-requested cancellations:

  • More than 30 days before the event: Payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

  • 14–29 days before the event: Payments beyond the deposit may be applied to one rescheduled event within 12 months, subject to availability.

  • Less than 14 days before the event: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Requests to reschedule are subject to animal availability, handler availability, and scheduling.

*Event is responsible for ensuring animals are allowed at their rented location and that all permits or fees for hosting animals are paid to the event as required.
