Lavender & Honeycomb Rabbitry

In addition to the other critters on the farm, our English and Satin Angoras provide so much to our family, including love and snuggles.

  • We registered with the ARBA in 2022 and are following the guidance on cages, exercise, treatment and breeding closely. Because of this, we won't always have rabbits available. We will have some that are pet/wool quality and some that are showable. We will do our best to mark which are pet/wool only but please be sure to ask if you have questions.

  • We are working on a program to track pedigrees, health, breeding and quality. We will be able to provide additional information about lines if asked.

  • We are a closed rabbitry, meaning we will not have visitors for health and insurance reasons. However, we will meet at a public location and you will have an opportunity to look over your rabbit and ensure they meet your standards prior to taking your rabbit home.

  • We will send some pictures and video updates during the process, however, we do have other animals and duties to attend to so there may be delays in providing information or answering questions.

  • We will guarantee the health and wellness of your rabbit for the first 24 hours. If you get your rabbit home and notice any issues please contact us or your vet immediately to resolve any concerns. If the rabbit becomes ill during that time we will refund any money paid and/or take back the rabbit. We can not extend the timeline as it's too unpredictable what the rabbit is exposed to after it leaves us.

  • We do Not want to see any of our rabbits in shelters or released to the wild. If you are having any difficulty with caring for your rabbit we will gladly give them a home until they can find a new one.

  • Angoras require considerable care with brushing and often specialty tools to groom them, please do your research with grooming and ensure you can provide this level of care.

  • We will remain available for any questions after you take your rabbit home.

These rabbits are Not for sale, but are a big part of our pet, fiber and breeding stock. For information on English / Satin Angoras for sale, see the for sale link below.

HADES

Hades is our black-self buck. He enjoys climbing, eating your t-shirts, and getting into difficult to reach places. He took some time to warm up but has been the sweetest boy. He enjoys paw pets and scratches behind the ears.
